Begin With Budget Education
Importantly, we helped these folks understand the basis for the indicative budget range we shared for this remodeling project. The figures we presented were a little higher than they originally expected. However, they appreciated our use of only high-quality materials, as well as the concept of “skilled labor is not cheap, and cheap labor is not skilled.” They also liked the professional design and selections assistance included in our package of services. The competing contractor provided pricing guidance very similar to ours. So, our clients felt comfortable with the fairness of our proposed deal and made the necessary adjustments to their financial plan.
Maximized Use of Kitchen Space
This kitchen and breakfast area is not large. So, we thought very carefully about how to maximize use of every
square inch. We recommended the elimination of two peninsulas to create a galley-style kitchen with much greater maneuverability in the kitchen. We also encouraged the elimination of furdowns and a traditional pantry closet in favor of a TriFection custom pantry cabinet. Once our clients saw the 3-D conceptual designs illustrated on the big screen in our sales & design center, they fell in love with the new concept. They trusted we could deliver the increased storage capacity and countertop space promised. The husband is a big-time cook, so he needed a proper work space.
Material Selections Process Runs Smoothly
These clients did not require much time to identify the perfect combination of materials for the kitchen remodel. They found their cabinet inspiration from the kitchen display in TriFection’s sales & design center – solid beech wood with Shaker-style fronts and Chestnut stain color. 
Kashmir Cream granite served as the ideal granite to go with their tastes and budget. For the backsplash, they chose Linen Cream tumbled marble.
For new flooring, which would extend into the living area, they wanted something with natural character while also proving durable and easy to clean over time. Our selections team helped them find 10×20 Vesale Stone Sand from Marazzi. This porcelain tile flows very distinctively, like natural stone, with a mix of beige and brown colors.
Our clients purchased a new appliance package that includes a gas range, over-the-range microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Home cooking just got lots more fun!…New LED recessed can lights and Perfect Greige paint color on the walls completed an entirely new look.

These nice folks shared effusive praise for our team during the project wrap-up meeting with their design consultant and one of the TriFection owners. The genuine excitement on their faces and in their voices as they described the project was unmistakable.
